QuickCue is a real-time AI coaching tool operated by Embark Companies LLC. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use QuickCue.
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. One account per person — don't share your login. If you suspect unauthorized access, let us know immediately at support@quickcue.ai.
QuickCue provides real-time AI-powered coaching suggestions during live calls. Your subscription includes access to all coaching modes, post-call debriefs, and local transcription. Usage is metered by active coaching time — the minutes when the AI is actively generating suggestions during a session.
Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. Your plan includes a monthly coaching time allotment. You can purchase additional credit packs at any time.
Credits and balances are non-refundable. Purchased credit packs do not expire. Monthly subscription allotments refresh each billing cycle and do not roll over. You can cancel your subscription at any time — you'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.

You are solely responsible for complying with all recording and consent laws that apply to your calls. Laws vary by jurisdiction — some require all-party consent for recording or transcription. QuickCue provides the tool; it's your responsibility to use it in compliance with the laws where you and your call participants are located.
QuickCue's coaching suggestions are generated by AI and are intended as helpful guidance, not professional advice. You're responsible for your own words and decisions during calls. Don't rely on AI suggestions as legal, financial, or medical advice.
We work hard to keep QuickCue reliable, but the service is provided as-is and as-available. We don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, change, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. Planned maintenance or upstream provider outages (such as AI model availability) may temporarily affect the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Embark Companies LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of QuickCue. Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. If we terminate your account for a reason other than a terms violation, we'll provide a pro-rated refund for any remaining subscription period.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you via email or within the app at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use after that point means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
