QuickCue is built with privacy at its core. Your transcripts, context files, and debriefs stay on your device. We don't store, log, or sell your data. When generating AI suggestions, only relevant context from your current conversation is sent — and we never keep a copy.
The following data is created and stored entirely on your machine. It never leaves your device unless you choose to share it yourself:
QuickCue supports fully local transcription. When enabled, audio is processed on your device using a local model — it never leaves your machine. This gives you real-time transcription with zero cloud exposure.
When QuickCue generates coaching suggestions, only relevant context from your current conversation is sent to the AI model. Your full files (resumes, meeting notes, etc.) are never uploaded — only the snippets needed for your current question. We do not store, log, or inspect the content of these requests or responses.
We use Firebase Authentication to manage your account. This means we store your email address and basic account information (such as account creation date and last sign-in) on Firebase's infrastructure. Firebase Auth is governed by Google's privacy policies.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number or payment details directly. Stripe handles all payment information in accordance with PCI-DSS standards. You can review Stripe's privacy policy for details.
We may collect minimal, anonymized usage analytics (such as feature usage counts and session durations) to improve QuickCue. These analytics never include transcript content, context file contents, or any personally identifiable coaching data.
If we make meaningful changes to this policy, we'll notify you via email or within the app. We won't quietly reduce your privacy protections.
